Tenant screening is critical to the performance of the property. We screen every tenant before placing. We obtain credit information from all three of the major credit reporting agencies, and we contact the applicant’s current and previous landlord as well as their employer.

We manage and reduce the risks to the landlord.

We perform frequent exterior visual inspections.
